At Clutchrose, each clutch bag is carefully designed and hand-embellished with delicate materials and detailed craftsmanship. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we maintain the following exchange and return policy to ensure product quality and fairness.


1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return

We only accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective item, or
  • You received the wrong product.

To request an exchange or return, you must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.

Customers must send clear photos showing the defect or issue when contacting us for review. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


2. Change of Mind & Order Cancellation

Due to the delicate and hand-embellished nature of our clutch bags, change of mind exchanges, color exchanges, or style exchanges are not available.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and processing has begun.

Each Clutchrose piece is handcrafted and handled with special care; therefore, exchanges or returns are only accepted in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.


3. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging

Items that show signs of use, damage after delivery, or excessive handling will not be accepted for exchange or return.


4. Exchange or Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, exchanges or refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the situation.


5. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
